We are delighted to announce that Vox Coelestis will perform a special fundraising concert at St Cuthbert’s, in aid of the Reredos Project, on Saturday 15th October.
Vox Coelestis is a unique choir which exists to raise funds for charitable causes. Its singers are drawn from the top cathedral and chamber choirs in the country, and they are conducted by Nigel Short, conductor of the celebrated professional group Tenebrae and formerly a Kings Singer.
The concert – ‘The Architecture of Music’ – will use various spaces around the building, and the carefully-selected music reflects various aspects of ecclesiastical architecture.
We are honoured that they have selected the Reredos Project as their current cause and it promises to be a very special evening.
Tickets may be purchased via the Vox Coelestis website.
